About Us
JAX Foundation is a socially driven organization committed to advancing inclusive welfare, healthcare, education, innovation, and global cooperation. The Foundation has been actively working since 2016 under the name JAX Healthcare Foundation (Uttar Pradesh) and was formally registered in Delhi in 2019 as JAX Foundation (Registration No. 773), with NGO DARPAN ID: DL/2021/0279291 and CSR Registration No. CSR00023957.
Under the leadership of Mr. Jitendra Kumar , the JAX Foundation has delivered consistent grassroots impact for over eight years, aligning its mission with the national vision of “Viksit Bharat” and the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.” Guided by the philosophy of “One World, One Family,” the Foundation works to promote peace, dignity, and equal opportunities for all.
Our Work
The Foundation’s initiatives span multiple sectors, including:
- Inclusive Welfare: Support for old age homes, visually impaired children, and children with special needs (CWSN); slum education; and welfare of SC/ST/EWS communities
- Healthcare & Well-being: Oncology/cancer care, medical dressing and professional training, dental health programs, basic health check-ups, mental health support, emergency response services, and Nasha Mukt Society – Drug-Free Society initiatives
- Social Awareness: Domestic and human rights awareness, blood donation camps, and community outreach programs
- Skill & Capacity Building: Short-term skill courses and digital training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology (IT), and entrepreneurship
- Environment & Sustainability: Environmental conservation, plantation drives, waste management, and energy awareness
- Global Engagement: Promotion of international relations,Abraod study and exchange programs
Global & Academic Network
JAX Foundation is also an international students’ organization, bringing together individuals from leading institutions such as Oxford, MIT, Columbia University, Harvard University, IITs, Amity University, JNU, AIIMS, Delhi University, and other reputed universities worldwide. This diverse network strengthens the Foundation’s global outlook and collaborative approach.
Leadership & Recognition
Over the years, the Foundation has organized numerous workshops, conferences, seminars, and awareness programs, contributing to social development and nation-building. Mr. Jitendra Kumar has also represented the Foundation internationally, including a visit to Russia, where he raised cancer awareness among youth from 80+ countries through global platforms, with the visit fully sponsored by the Government of Russia.

JAX Foundation is registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, recognized by the Government of India, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CSR), and NITI Aayog, is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and is associated with DESA’s Civil Society, United Nations (UN).
